Job Description:
- Position : Customer Service Associate
- Process : Chat (Non – Voice) Process
- Skills Required:
- 1. Should be good in English and Hindi
- 2. Good writing skills with good punctuation and Grammar
- 3. Good typing skills [25 words or more per minute ]
- Educational Qualification:
- 1.Under Graduate or Graduate with Minimum 6 months experience in any BPO / Customer service
- 2.More preference for Candidates with Chat process experience [Domestic Process ]
- Weekly 6 days and rotational off
- Day shift and no transportation provided
- Salary Package : Rs 17k CTC per month. [Rs 13072 net and Rs 3357 Quarterly Bonus ] and many other benefits.
- Number of Rounds : 4 [HR, Training, Operations and Client ]. This includes one written test to check English Comprehension.
