Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree with MBA in any discipline
  • 2 – 4+ year experience in data analysis , research and analysis ,reporting is preferred
  • Experience in the Retirement/401k/Defined Contribution is a plus
  • Knowledge in the Pensions or Benefits Administration industry is a plus

Job Description:

  • Identify, gather, analyze, consolidate and distribute data in requested formats
  • Demonstrate knowledge of core systems, processes and resources used by the RM Services Group
  • Research and respond to Sales questions, as needed and resolve associate inquiries
  • Execute on activities related to producing client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external data requests, and performing plan service reviews and enablement activities
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance SRS processes and the overall customer experience
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the SRS service offering
  • Manage individual work items in Salesforce work queue
  • Complete requests from Sales Team according to business requirements and documented procedures in a timely manner
  • Participate in regular weekly team meetings/calls, monthly/quarterly collaboration sessions, ad hoc Design Thinking sessions Perform user acceptance testing on newly automated or enhanced SRS User Developed Applications (UDAs) as needed
  • Understand how to avoid risk in role by following established procedures and keeping procedures current
  • Proactively identify issues, process improvement, and cost saving ideas.
