Job Description:
Genpact is looking for python developer with big data technologies
Should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in developing big-data pipelines.
Expertise in python scripting.
Expertise in Hadoop, Apache HIVE Creating Tables, Writing HQLs.
Should have production experience working on Cloudera Hadoop Distribution.
Knowledge on UNIX, bash shell scripting.
Knowledge on DEVOPS tools Github, Maven, Jenkins, Docker.
Design and create optimal data pipelines using Python
Prepare and test complex Hive Queries for the data analysts
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, which includes optimization of code write in/out, queries.
Follow the DEVOPS flow for code versioning, approval and deployments.
Work with data analyst on requirements understanding, QA and due diligence Please do not carry any pen drives, CD, laptop etc.
