Shifts – 24*7 rotational
5 days working
2 rotational offs
Salary up to 3.50 LPA
(On rolls of HCL )
Job description :
1)-Work on tasks assigned on varied Order management activities.
2)-Should be able to close loop the tickets assigned, helping the onsite technician.
3)-Investigate in multiple applications and resolve queries on tasks assigned.
4)-Communicating via emails and calls with onshore clients.
5)-Responsible to meet the performance criteria set by the org.
Behavioral Competencies :
1)-Good communication skills, both spoken and written with good comprehension of English language
2)-Knowledge of computers MS Office etc.
3)-Should have good presentation skills
4)-Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions.
5)-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability.
Eligibility criteria (Read it carefully)-
1-Only Graduates or above (Regular) can apply.
2-Excellent command on the English language is mandatory.
3-Candidates with minimum 6 months to maximum 4 years of experience can attend the interview.
4-Candidates with more than 4 years of experience are not eligible.
5-Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
6- Candidates with experience in telecom process will be preferred.
*Candidate who has worked in following process would be preferred
-British telecom process
