Educational Qualification:

  • Full Time Graduate with a minimum graduation percetage of 50% or a final year student awaiting results
  • You should not have any relatives working with HDFC Bank or enrolled in the Rising Bankers Program or Future Bankers Program
  • You need to be between 21 and 26 years of age of age as on 1 Jan 2022
  • You should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law

Note: Candidates who are currently employed with HDFC Bank or its subsidiaries are not eligible to apply for this program. Once you have registered for the Rising Bankers Program, you cannot register again for 6 months

Selection Process:

The selection will be through a multi-stage selection process comprising of:

  • Registration
  • Online Aptitude Test
  • Personal Interview

The Online Assessment which is an aptitude test covering following sections:

  • English Language
  • Quantitative Ability
  • Personality Test
  • Sales Aptitude

Note: As part of the selection process, all candidates are expected to clear an online assessment, for which they need to pay an assessment fee of ₹550/- which will be collected directly by SHL India Pvt. Ltd. and no part of such fee is being collected by or on behalf of HDFC Bank.

Rising Bankers is an 8-month Certification program by HDFC Bank in collaboration with Amity Global Business School, one of India’s leading educational institutions. This program has been structured to provide a “real world” experience to future banking aspirants.

Program Fees: At 2.2 lacs + taxes which includes boarding charges for the first 5 months of on-campus training, the program is immense value for money as compared to other professional courses in the same category

The program features include

  • A 5 month residential on – campus stint which is an exciting mix of: Classroom sessions,Guest lectures chaired by well-known industry stalwarts,Group discussions on real world business case studies,Role plays and field work
  • A 3 month paid internship at any of the HDFC branch locations within the country to further strengthen your grounding in banking products, processes, compliance framework and day-to-day banking operations
  • Placement as a Customer Care Executive or Customer Experience Executive with HDFC Bank on successful completion of the course
  • PG Diploma in Customer Experience Management

Course curriculum for the 2 terms

The 5 months of classroom training is divided into 2 semesters of 2.5 months each. The course curriculum would be

  • Term I: Basics of Banking,Banking Operations,Customer Service Orientation,Product
  • Term II: Product,Sales,Skill Development,Systems & Workflows

FInal Placement: All the applicants selected will be given a Provisional Letter of Appointment at the time of joining the course at Amity Global Business School. A job confirmation will be offered on the successful completion of the program. (5 months classroom & 3 months internship).
