- Experience in supporting problem tickets and change management tickets.
- Proven ability in networking, software or infrastructure solutions.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Understanding of Networking, Windows, Linux, Unix, and other OS along with databases.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Computing fundamentals.
