Maharashtra Metro Recruitment 2021 – Maharashtra Metro Rail has announced the online job notification for recruitment to the post of Station Controller/Junior Engineer under Supervisory category. Technician under Non-Supervisory category for Operation and Maintenance (O & M) department with 139 vacancies. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma/ ITI are eligible to apply for this job. About Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited(MAHA-Metro) is the jointly owned government company by Govt of Maharashtra and Govt of India(50:50 Shares).It is headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra.The existing Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRCL) will be reconstituted into the MAHA-METRO for implementation of all Maharashtra state metro projects, except the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.Its responsible for Metro Rail projects going in Maharashtra Except for Mumbai Metropolitan area. Nagpur Metro and Pune Metro will be now implemented by MAHA-METRO.

Maharashtra Metro Rail Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:
- For the post Station Controllers/Train Operator/ Train Controller : The selection methodology will comprise four-stage process –i.e. Online Test(CBT), Psycho Test & Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination in A1 (Aye-one) Category.
- For the post of Section Engineer, Junior Engineer (Elect./IT/Computer/Electronics/Mech./Civil: The selection methodology will comprise Three-stage process i.e. Online Test(CBT) & Personal Interview followed by Medical
Examination in A3 (Aye-three) category. - For the post of Technicians (Electrical/Fitter/Mason/Plumber/Electronics/AC & Refrigeration): The selection methodology will comprise Two-stage process – i.e. Online Test (CBT) followed by Medical Examination in B1 (Bee-one) category.
- The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. Candidates will have to pass through each stage successfully (including Medical examination).
- The online test will consist of of 3 parts, Part-1, Part-2 and Part-3, shall be of 02 hrs. duration.
- Part-I: Marathi Language (15 Question). Candidate scoring minimum 40% passing marks in Part-I will only considered eligible for evaluation of Part – II & Part – III.
- Part-II will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions in English medium/Bilingual (English/Hindi) on General Awareness, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude. There will be a total of 35 questions, each carrying equal marks. There shall be negative marking for every wrong/incorrect answer. 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for wrong answer.
- Part-III will consist of objective type questions on knowledge of discipline/ domain/Trade. There will be a total of 100 questions, each carrying equal marks. There shall be negative marking for every wrong/incorrect answer. 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for wrong answer.
