- Support in fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- HR Fresher or Experience in Payroll Management- Inputs, Draft Audit, Salary reconciliation, Provision Reports
- HR Fresher or Experience statutory Reports, PF ECR and Challans
- HR Fresher or Experience Attendance and Leave Management6>HR F
- Fresher or Experience MIS and Reportings- Excellent in Excel
- HR Executive has excellent written and oral communication
- GPA, GMC(Mediclaim and Accidental Policy Management)
- Grievances and Queries-Email Handling
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
