Responsibilities and Duties
1)Make calls to prospective captains registered in our database with the idea of activating them on the platform
2)Solve the Queries, Complaints, Requests for captains as per defined SOP’s
3)Escalate & Document Calls, take ownership to resolve issues. 4)Presentable and Confident with a positive attitude
Qualification/Requirement.
1) Good communication.
2) English is compulsory.
3) Up to 12,000 in-hand salary.
