As a Level 1, you should be able to monitor customer network within defined SLA.
Initial diagnosis of faults ¡V Validation of alarms.
Notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network.Create trouble tickets for investigation by other teams.
Interaction with Level 2 and Level 3 Technical and Incident Management teams within Vodafone.
Interact ion with the service desks, first line teams and key IT contacts.
Maintain, administer, and support Windows Server 2012 R2 domain and support
Hands on Experience on SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory, PDC, BDC, GC, SM, Domain Master and RID Master.
Experience with enterprise-clas s server hardware including HP, Dell, and IBM
Experience on tools like Virtual Center, vCOPS, vSphere Enterprise Plus and VDPA
Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography.
Need to work on 24*7*365 shifts to maintain a high level of availability of services and minimizing the risk.
Windows Server Patch Management.
